Jón S. Þórðarson
Founder & owner
Jón worked as Lighting Designer and Stage Manager at Reykjavik City Theatre for over a decade. He has massive experience in event management and has worked with numerous businesses and organizations producing various events such as anniversaries, galas, receptions, live television and awards ceremonies. He holds a BSc in Business Administration.

Ragnheiður Aradóttir
Founder & owner
Ragnheiður has a long experience in organizing events such as conferences, incentive tours. She has hosted various courses, workshops and lectures as well as managing and facilitating staff days, team building and working with companies implementing and creating policies. She holds a BBA in Tourism and Hotel Management, Dip.Master in Positive Psychology along with an MSc in Human Resource Management. She is also a PCC certified Executive Coach from ICF.

Esther Jónsdóttir
Project and Event Manager
Esther has a diverse background in event management. She has worked on various events for PROevents, and managed events for various organizations and institutions. She holds a MSc in Political Science: Global Environmental Governance in Amsterdam and Diplomas in Applied Gender Studies and Disability Studies.

Rakel Jónsdóttir
Project and Event Manager
Rakel is an event manager for PROevents. She holds a BA in Interior and Furniture Design from IED in Italy and studied art and design in Denmark. She has experience working on sets for television and adverts, and designing spaces and experiences for businesses.

Lára Óskarsdóttir
PCC Coach and facilitator
Lára has worked on training and career development for managers and employees for various businesses and institutions. She has a long and broad experience working as an event manager and leading group work and takes great pleasure in the work. Lára holds a B.Ed. from the University of Iceland, a diploma in Human Resource Management from the Continuing Education University of Iceland and is a PCC certified coach.
